To install a new firmware version on a base station and/or handset, please follow the instructions provided in the firmware update guide.

Version <= 480BXX can only be upgraded via http locally. Snom download server supports only https!
After upgrading to version 450BXX or higher the rollback to 410BXX or previous versions is not possible.
After uprading to version 530B9 you need to update all M5 Repeaters to use V530B2 . >V610 firmwares do not support M5.
Please read the release notes carefully before upgrading.
Please reboot the base station(s) (chain reboot in multi cells) before triggering the upgrade, to free up some memory and avoid any issues.
