We ordered 8 x Snom D725 handsets from Broadbandbuyer just over 2 years ago.

2 have remained unused/unboxed until now and they both have faulty handsets (just the bits you pick up to talk into). I have plugged them into another D725 to test them and the issue remains.

Are you able to please help with replacing these parts? Broadbandbuyer and have told me to contact Snom directly.
