Hello,
we're using AVAYA IPO v11 and a SNOM 360 SIP Phone.
The snom SIP phone works since years good, but we've one Problem:
- If we Pick-Up a Call from another user (*32*{EXTN}), then on the SNOM-Phone the number *32* is displayed, but not the Original Caller-ID
In our Case we made also a SIP-Trace, and the Only SIP-Message sent from IPO containing the Original Caller-ID is this Message.
In our Case we're on extension 8000 where we picked up a call from 8001. Remote-Caller-Id is {remote-caller-id}.

In the SNOM Wiki I found this Article: So ändern Sie den angezeigten, entfernten Teilnehmer während eines Anrufs
Can someone help me with this issue? Does this behaviour is incorrect from the Avaya IPO or can I change something on my Snom?
