Since yesterday (18th Dec 2023) Provisioning Profile config file is not populated into our SNOM devices.
It looks like specific added/changed settings directly through SRAPS portal "Settings" tab are populated but I also have xml file assigned to the profile and it is not populated.
To describe everything in depth:
- I have one provisioning profile with xml config file for D-Series SNOM devices (D715) (let's call it "Main Profile")
- There are currently two devices added in the "Phones" section which I'm currently testing
- Both of these devices have the same "Main Profile" provisioning profile assigned to them
- Both devices have some settings overridden in Phones → <phone_1> → Settings tab
- Looks like on both devices, settings changed on the phone settings tab are populated into them
- None of the devices have any config populated from "Main Profile" config file
- Everything was working perfectly fine until yesterday
- Factory reset doesn't help (I did it multiple times)
