I have a 3CX PBX where I have mounted a borne SNOM M900 + M65 DECTs (exactly 11). The problem I encountered is that when a call comes in on a call group using the DECTs, the DECTs are unable to answer the call even though they ring normally, any attempt to answer the call results in the call being terminated on that DECT, however, the call continues to ring on the other dect and there is still only one random person who can answer the call.
The M900 terminal + DECT are updated with version 5.30 branch 07, the codecs put in order are: g711a then g729, and on the 3CX side there is no anomaly (group setting ...)
I tried to put in the call group only 4 people respecting the number of simultaneous calls that can take the terminal but in vain.

I tried to mount onle 8 DECT in the borne in vain too

Have you ever encountered this type of problem with other customers, or any ideas on how to solve it?
