I'm needing to see about getting warranty for a Snom M80 handset. The ringer doesn't work or is very quiet. Calls break up to the point I can only hear half of what the caller is saying. It's on  a freepbx 13 system. Same system has multiple other snom phones that are working fine, so it's  a hardware issue, not network or pbx. I'm trying to create a ticket in the partner help desk but don't seem to have that option. The serial number is chnfl27032010830
