I am adding new SNOM D785N's for an organization that is running firmware version10.1.46.16 on their current phones (same model). Out of the box, the new phones are running 10.1.84.14. I need to downgrade the new phones to 10.1.46.16 to match the existing phones because... reasons.
I believe I found the correct firmware URL, but when I try to downgrade using the new phone's Web UI, I get an error on the phone's display.
"Wrong or corrupt update. Error: 98"
It then reboots with no changes.
The error seems self-explanatory, but where can I find the working firmware? Is it possible to downgrade to 10.1.46.16 on this model?
